 If the cooperation has been satisfying and successful for both parties, the contract can be extended. The length of the contract prolongation/renewal must be agreed upon between contracting parties, as well as the commercial conditions. Licenses can also be sold to another third party, according to the conditions stipulated in the Master and/or Unit Franchise Agreement and national law if applicable.
